AL2 Feeding system for LMC multiple rip saw

• Automatic feeding system including lifting table and roller conveyor.
• Put a bundle of material on the lifting table by forklift.
• Lifting table raising and then material infeed continually into multiple rip saw machine by roller conveyor.
• The line will run panels 2.4M in length at 6M/min.
• The whole line with the safety fencing.
• The whole line will be controlled by PLC system and touchscreen.
• Programmable controller provides convenient feeding speed setting.
• There are two safety light curtains at the entrance.
• Automatic outfeed system including lifting table and roller conveyor.
• Material outfeed continually by roller conveyor to the lifting table.
• There is a back stop from top to even end the strips on the pack above the lifting table.
• Outfeed the bundle of material from the back stop below when the materials are full.
